A PROUD MOMENT

Love it or hate it, competition can bring out the best and worst in people, students, kids. This last weekend we had the opportunity to take some of our 3rd and 5th graders to Auburn for the state cup stacking championship. You may be thinking..."CUP STAKING?"

I won't go into it here. Just Google, CUP STACKING and see what I'm talking about. This phenomenon actually has a global following. As a school, we've been working on this with the kids and for the last three years we've gone to the tournament.

It was so awesome to see how well the student competed, but equally impressive was the way they carried themselves and the integrity showed. Sure, we took 37 total medals with three state champions, but . . . it was the character the students showed that was so impressive!

Way to go, Outlook.
